"My aunt was always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I was particularly impressed with the way the staff were so very gentle and physically affectionate towards her and as far as I could see she was very happy and secure there. I imagine their job is very difficult but they always seemed positive and upbeat. Myself and my family were always made welcome and were readily given any information we requested. When my aunt needed medical care, a doctor was always promptly called, she was given appropriate medical attention and I was always informed. I would like to thank all the staff at Abbeydale for the kindness and patience they showed my aunt. They do a fantastic job."
